Background
After college, Randi moved to the United States where she co-founded Scandinavia Inc., a successful ski apparel distributorship.

In the early 1980s, Randi decided to focus on self-leadership and team building on a full-time basis, which led her to found Business Presentation Inc., a leadership-consulting firm.
