Unlike many other books, this book does not attempt to change you.
Instead, it asks you to look into yourself to find your strengths.
The book builds upon four principles as a foundation for a happy
and successful life, both personally and professionally:
1. Take responsibility for your own life — freedom,
choice, and consequences.
2. Be true to yourself — know your deepest desires, goals, and
values.
3. Use your emotional intelligence — use your feelings to think
and make better choices.
4. Focus on your strengths — focus on the things that you are
passionate about, otherwise you will simply be mediocre.
